The COVID-19 pandemic forced major changes to events - if they happened at all. Boise's Goathead Fest was no different, powering through major changes in 2020 but back in top gear this August.
Boise Bicycle Project's Jimmy Hallyburton and Lost Grove Brewing's Jacob Black join Idaho Matters to talk about this year's celebration of all things bicycle.
