Another reason Brian feels the Mach-E is a strong competitor to the Model Y is the Mustang Mach-E has a stylish and comfortable interior. He loves the Alcantara suede accents and luxury interior that provide a plush driving experience all at a very reasonable price point.
How Much Does A Ford Mustang Mach-E Cost?
Brian explains the different trim levels available for the Mach-E with the base model starting in the low $40,000 range. He feels this is an awesome bang for the buck option but opts to test drive the Mach-E GT as he wants to feel what the higher-performance model feels like behind the wheel.
The Mach-E GT costs just over $60,000 which gets you 480 hp and 600 lb-ft of torque in an AWD package. Brian enjoys the driving experience and feels the Ford Mustang Mach-E GT is an awesome electric car offering unbeatable value for its performance.
While the Tesla Model Y may appeal to those looking for an exotic driving experience, the host feels the more standard driving experience will be comfortable for the normal driver and that combined with the factors already listed makes the Mach-E an overall better value.
