ACT Expo 2025 is set to bring together nearly 300 fleet executives and industry experts from April 28 to May 1 to discuss commercial vehicle technologies, cost-saving strategies, and regulatory changes.

Held at the Anaheim Convention Center, the event will focus on real-world solutions for zero-emission vehicle adoption, renewable fuels, connected and automated technologies, and fleet efficiency. New this year, the Expo Hall Theater will provide additional sessions featuring industry leaders, offering insights on the latest advancements in fleet operations.

The initial lineup of keynote speakers, announced on March 13, includes Jennifer Rumsey, chairwoman and CEO of Cummins; Mathias Carlbaum, president and CEO of International; Catharina Modahl Nilsson, executive board member of Traton SE; Patti Poppe, CEO of PG&E Corporation; Lars Stenqvist, CTO of Volvo Group; and Jim Walenczak, vice-president of Paccar and general manager of Kenworth Truck Company.

Beyond the keynote stage, industry leaders — such as Sarah Burke, CEO of Martin Brower; Jonathan Randall, president of Mack Trucks North America; Ari Silkey, general manager of Amazon Freight; and Dan Priestley, senior manager of semi-truck engineering at Tesla — are among the confirmed speakers set to take part in discussions and panels.

“Fleets are facing an unprecedented amount of change, with an ever-expanding set of technologies and fuels to choose from, increased vehicle complexity, uncertain operating costs, evolving regulations, and growing customer demand for lower cost and cleaner solutions,” said Erik Neandross, president of clean transportation solutions at TRC, the producers of ACT Expo, in a news release. “ACT Expo 2025 will provide fleet operators with the knowledge, strategies, and practical tools they need to stay competitive, adapt to industry shifts, and gain a clear understanding of which technologies are delivering real-world results.”
