Update: It’s been over half a year since word of the 2014 “Ferrari” colorway of the Air Jordan 14 returning to shelves in 2025 first surfaced. Now, we have our first preview of the sneaker as it returns in its “Challenge Red” and “Black” color scheme. Matching its predecessor, a red suede upper nods to Michael Jordan’s Ferrari 550 Maranello with the sneaker’s signature racing emblem in yellow at the lateral. Carbon fiber detailing adds to the otherwise black sole unit as yellow also enters the mix at the heel and tongue branding. Release is now expected to take place on June 11 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $210 USD.

Original Story: The Air Jordan 14 “Ferrari” first released in 2014. Now, a decade and more later, the much-anticipated shoe is set to make a return next summer. A crossover that celebrates peak automotive performance and pinnacle luxury, the shoe directly draws inspiration from the iconic Ferrari sports car, down to its signature emblem and iconic Ferrari red hue. The shoe takes on a varsity red suede upper for the added touch of luxury, giving it the bold look. Accents are in black and yellow, highlighting the shoe’s Jumpman logo on the lateral as well as the Jordan branding on the tongue and heel. The shoe sees a Carbon Fiber chrome grill shank plate on the midfoot, a nod to the car’s mechanics. Look out for the pair set to arrive later next year.
