Just weeks after they in a Miami nightclub in 2022, Giumba had quit her job as an estate agent and was living the high life.

At one point, Siow splashed out £260,000 on a Lamborghini Urus SUV for Giumba, which he put in her name.

But when they split, she sold the supercar and used the money for holidays, clothes, clubs and alcohol".

When Siow found out, he took her to court - despite Giumba claiming he had "gifted" her the car.

She is now facing a £300,000 court bill after a judge ruled she had no right to sell the Lamborghini as it was his.

Although she insisted she has "no money," she will have to pay back the £219,500 she got when she sold it in November 2022 - plus interest - and her ex's £60,000 legal fees.

Mayor's and City County Court heard the pair first met while they were on holiday on the States in April 2022.

The following month, high-flying Siow bought Giumba the car so she could use it while working for him part time at his property business.

Siow told the court it was only to be used to make a good impression on potential clients and that he registered it in his ex's name as he was not a UK resident.

Giumba said: "I initiated the breakup, but wanted to give it another go - he was the one who then said no.

"He was very sweet when we saw each other the final time.

"He told me I could keep the gifts, including the car. He only asked that he could drive the car when he was in the UK a few times a year, and I agreed with that."

Following their split in November 2022, Giumba moved back in with her mum and started working part time as an estate agent again.

Strapped for cash, she sold her "dream car" after believing Siow was planning to buy a McLaren for himself.

When asked what she used the money for, Giumba told the court: "I spent a lot of it on holidays, things that have no real value or investment.

"I was in a very deranged time of my life and I was just spending stupidly, as I had learned from Ernest.

"I'm not blaming him. I was just used to doing that."

Siow's barrister Jonathan de Rohan said she had "exploited his generosity and kindness" and sold the car from "under his nose" after they split, before changing her phone number.

He argued Giumba had confused being registered keeper of a car, as she was, with being its actual legal owner.

In his own evidence, Siow denied planning to buy a McLaren and said he had chosen the Lamborghini Urus because it had seats in the back.

He explained: "I don't like supercars with two seats, because I like to drive around with my friends and family."

Giving his judgment, Judge Parfitt told Giumba the money from the sale should have gone to Siow.

He also said messages between the pair of them showed Siow to be "exercising dominion over the car."

The judge added: "Not telling him about the sale is consistent with her understanding that it hadn't been a gift to her.

"It's a car. It's very high value. It is on the face of it the unlikely subject of a gift, given the size of the value.

"It was to be used for his business and was part of their relationship."
