However, after the opening credits rolled, a panicked Matt was quick to halt the show as he told viewers: "Hi! Welcome to the show, those are my glasses!" as the studio burst out laughing as his glasses appeared to disappear.

He continued: "That was, sorry! I wear them on there [my head] all the time and they just get quite loose! If it wasn't live, we'd cut that out and then we'd be laughing at nothing!"

It comes as Strictly Come Dancing legend, Oti Mabuse, is a guest on Saturday's show and Matt was left amazed over her stunning new hairdo as she unveiled her new look on the cooking show.

Oti, 34, debuted a stunning cropped hairdo to which Matt pointed out as he said: "Look at you with the short hair!" to which she said: "Thank you! Do you like it?" as Matt replied: "I do like it, a lot!

"We haven't seen this, have we?" to which Oti, who has been on the show five times and marked her fifth Saturday Kitchen anniversary on the latest show, replied: "No, no, we haven't, it's new!"

Later on the show, Oti revealed her food hell, admitting it was aubergine, cauliflower and courgette.

As per the show's tradition, Matt revealed they would rustle up a sweet and sour duck with egg fried rice as Oti's food heaven.

However, for Oti's food hell, the TV chef revealed they would cook a trio of bhajis with aubergine, courgette and cauliflower served with a curry sauce.

The decision is left in viewers' hands as to whether Oti is served her food heaven or food hell with the dancer hilariously mouthing to the camera: "Please, please!"
