PIKE COUNTY, Mo. — A Vandalia boy was injured in a Saturday night crash in Pike County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder driven by a 33-year-old Vandalia woman was heading north at 7:10 p.m. on Route V, north of County Road 451, when it left the right side of the road, overcorrected and ran off the left side of the road before striking a ditch and a fence.
A passenger, a 10-year-old Vandalia boy, was taken by Pike County Ambulance to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital Lake Saint Louis with minor injuries.
