A CAR was ‘damaged and covered in spit’ in a York residential street.
North Yorkshire Police are appealing for information after a car was damaged in a residential street in Tang Hall.
It happened at around 3pm last Thursday (April 3) in Kexby Avenue and saw a Citroen Berlingo ‘damaged then left covered in spit’.

The police said they believed it is possible that the incident is linked to another incident nearby that resulted in four teenagers being arrested.
They are now appealing for information and witnesses, in particular, to residents at the lower end of Kexby Avenue who may have doorbell cameras or CCTV footage that may have captured the incident on camera.
